VISA BLUES

It was difficult getting a visa to China so I left the embassy and prayed at Henry Sy's church at the Mall of Asia.

That visa finally got stamped in my passport today, courtesy of a much sought letter of invitation from the UNFCCC, so I went to Binondo and treated myself with a hot bowl of roasted duck mami at the Ying Ying Tea House Restaurant.

MONDAY BLUES

A demand letter started my day. Balong got sick. I missed lunch due to the arrival of a late appointment. A weird request regarding our accreditation. A phone call saying Bulan is sick too. To top it all, somebody fucked-up real bad in the office.

It was a very doggone day and I say I deserve a hot bowl of Vietnamese noodles.
